**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS LLC.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Familiarity with CRM platforms is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by effectively managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest developments and promotions
  • Create sales material to present to customers and showcase company offerings

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
