Job Summary:
The Group Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for TopView Sightseeing's Private Charter Bus and Cruise Events, as well as Group Ticket sales. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively sell to corporate decision-makers and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new corporate and group clients through outbound sales efforts, focusing on key NYC area industries such as Financial, Media, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Fashion, and Tech.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt and accurate communication and resolution of guest issues.
- Utilize Zendesk Sell CRM system to effectively respond to inbound sales inquiries, build customer databases, and track sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client communications.
Requirements:
- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Gorilla marketing experience is a plus.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Strong data analysis skill-set.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions.
- Intermediate ability to use Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Manage time and priorities effectively.
- Present ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized, and logical manner.
