  • Ensures all products are properly stored, rotated, and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelines
  • Monitors inventory procedures for accountability

Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years related experience in field and two years of management experience
  • Must have full knowledge of purchasing procedures in food and beverage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ordering systems
  • Good knowledge of food and inventory trends with a focus on operations
  • Serve Safe certified highly desirable
