- Conduct Pattern Analysis: Integrate information from camera systems to identify patterns and trends in vehicle traffic entering residential areas.
- Provide Basic Lifesaving Techniques: Offer assistance as needed, while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Preferred law enforcement, military, and/or extensive security experience.
- Age: Minimum age of 24 years old.
- California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card): Mandatory.
- Law Enforcement Experience: Preferred.
- Concierge-Level Customer Service: Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Problem Resolution Skills: Strong ability to resolve problems effectively.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft software and smartphone apps.
- Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Physical Demands: Maintain composure in pressure situations, while working in environments that may require the use of protective gear and devices.
- Mental Demands: Exposure to sensitive and confidential information, frequent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
