Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist II, your role will encompass:

  • Delivering daily technical assistance for user hardware and software requirements.
  • Providing routine maintenance and support for desktop, laptop, telecom, and network systems, including hardware, application software, operating systems, and connectivity.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting resolutions, and offering support as necessary.
  • Installing, configuring, and updating end-user desktop and laptop software as required.
  • Prioritizing and escalating issues when necessary, utilizing knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Contributing to all aspects of desktop or telecom support, including coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolution related to client installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues.
Qualifications:


To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of combined relevant work experience and completed higher education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or technical support.
  • At least 3 years of additional work experience directly related to the job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:


Ideal candidates will have:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • ITIL Foundations / Service Management certification.
  • Experience in operating systems support.
  • Experience in office support, call center, or phone support.
  • Experience in end-user device support and troubleshooting.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certifications.
