Job Summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for organizing, negotiating, and managing a large and complex portfolio of pharmaceutical contracts on behalf of our membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date contracts, including reviewing terms and conditions and negotiating modifications as necessary.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform moderately complex financial analyses to review purchasing trends for assigned portfolios and model portfolio expenditures and associated fees.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and build relationships with Premier Business Partners and Membership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Market Surveillance: Establish new lines of business based on information taken from market surveillance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Work Experience: 5 or more years of applicable experience in contract administration, pharmaceutical contracting, or a related field.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Skills: Contract administration, data analytics, supplier relationship management.
  • Experience: Experience within supply chain, pharmaceutical contracting or management, and group purchasing methods and contracts.

Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that requires remaining stationary for prolonged periods of time. The work environment is an air-conditioned office space.

Compensation and Benefits

Premier, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $148,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, qualified employees receive access to a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401k retirement program, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities.
