Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX team in creating design solutions that meet business goals and user needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user research, to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet user needs
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and design best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to designers on design principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Manage the design team's capacity and resources to ensure efficient and effective product design processes
  • Work closely with the Buyer Experience Design Leadership team to set the direction of user experience at Gartner Digital Markets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing small product design teams in an international context
  • 5+ years of experience with industry-leading tools, such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Suite
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, user experience, information architecture, interaction design, and/or visual design
  • Strong understanding of visual design, information hierarchy, typography, and color theory
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
