Job Title: Senior Manager, Design

Procore Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Design to lead our Design Systems UX team and drive the development of customer-centric solutions that simplify complex business processes and enhance collaboration across stakeholders on a construction project.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Design, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented UX designers to design and deliver successful B2B and Consumer products at scale. You will partner with Product and Technology teams to take industry insights and business goals to direct teams, and drive decisions through qualitative and quantitative research & analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of UX designers to design and deliver successful B2B and Consumer products at scale
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to take industry insights and business goals to direct teams
  • Drive decisions through qualitative and quantitative research & analysis
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with Procore's vision and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and key results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related area of study
  • 7+ years of experience building and delivering successful B2B and/or Consumer products at scale
  • 2+ years of experience building and leading a UX team
  • Expertise in designing for web and mobile experiences
  • Ability to seamlessly flip between the language of business and design
  • History of driving decisions through qualitative and quantitative research & analysis
