Job Summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts.

This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. The position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate delegation of nursing care.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.

Onboarding Process: Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, as required by law, regulation, or policy.
  • CPR certification.
