Vascular Access Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Access Nurse to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality infusion therapy to patients and families in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to patients requiring vascular access devices, including mid-line and PICC placements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest infusion therapy techniques and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- BSN required or matriculating to a BSN degree or higher within 2 years of hire.
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Maryland & DC.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current Maryland State driver's license.
- Minimum of two years hospital experience as a practicing nurse (ICU or specialty unit preferred).
