Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our HomeHealth team in the Rehoboth area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment, collaborating with our team to provide individualized care.
Responsibilities- Complete a target of at least 24 visits a week
- Engage with patients to support their independence and well-being
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Requires 1 year of experience as a OT; appropriate licensure
- Home care experience preferred
- Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required
