Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting adult and geriatric patients to achieve a safe and independent home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to provide individualized care to patients
  • Complete a target of at least 24 visits per week
  • Engage with patients to support their daily living activities and promote independence
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist with appropriate licensure
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required
