About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our HomeHealth team in the Rehoboth area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment, collaborating with COTAs and completing a target of at least 24 visits a week.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with COTAs to provide high-quality patient care
  • Complete a minimum of 24 visits per week
  • Engage with patients to support a safe and independent living environment
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist with appropriate licensure
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required
