Account Management Specialist

The Account Management Specialist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Account Management team. This position requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small portfolio of properties/accounts to ensure compliance with White Glove Customer promise and service level agreements.
  • Provide top-notch customer service in support of the portfolio(s) managed and in support of escalations within the team.
  • Build relationships with individual customers, Retail Leasing Agents, Property Management teams, and Boards of Directors.
  • Utilize independent judgment and discretion to improve processes, address customer escalation issues, and ensure contractual commitments and service level agreements are met.
  • Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee services provided in community common areas and work with the Commercial Sales team to address service issues or add new services.
  • Prepare and attend meetings as required with Property Management and/or Board of Directors.
  • Review requests for updates for the community channel and Hotwire Announcement section.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes and implementing necessary changes.
  • Contribute to team effort by supporting the team with triage and administration support duties.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related work experience a plus.
  • Property management or telecommunications experience a plus.
  • Ability to provide own transportation to various locations in the organizational service area.
