Join Our Team as a Certified Athletic Trainer

IRG Physical and Hand Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will work with our physical therapists to provide injury prevention and physical assessments to athletes at various levels, including league, high school, college, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct injury assessments and provide treatment plans for athletes
  • Work with physical therapists to develop and implement rehabilitation programs
  • Provide education and guidance to athletes on injury prevention and management
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics on injuries and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for athletes
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) from the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC)
  • Bachelor's degree in athletic training or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
