Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Sports Medicine Physician to join our team as a non-operative sports medicine provider. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, provide coverage to professional sports teams, and grow your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to athletes and individuals with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physician assistants, physical therapists, and athletic trainers, to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in educational programs and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in sports medicine
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Board certification in General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine with subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine
  • Experience in managing upper and lower extremity musculoskeletal conditions
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state where the position is located
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification
