Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and dynamic Field Service Supervisor to become part of our team in the construction sector. This permanent role presents the chance to engage with a diverse array of projects and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a robust background in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as induction motors.

They should be proficient in developing and installing control systems and comfortable with customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the field service team to guarantee efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Designing and implementing control systems according to project specifications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical and mechanical challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Programming and maintaining PLCs, with a focus on AB PLCs.
  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their needs, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Interpreting electronic schematics and adhering to NEC standards.
  • Managing projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Providing technical support and training to field service personnel.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and improve client experiences.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Field Service Supervisor role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming, particularly with AB PLCs.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for electrical and mechanical issues.
  • A solid understanding of induction motors.
  • Experience in the development and installation of control systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and NEC.
  • Outstanding project management abilities.
  • One to two years of college or trade school education in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
