Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Services Supervisor (FSS) plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical service operations at client locations. This position involves leading a team in the execution of projects related to PLC and HMI systems, as well as the construction of control panels. The FSS is accountable for ensuring that tasks and projects are completed profitably, utilizing effective operational procedures, and managing resources efficiently.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead field service initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for service inquiries and dispatching.
  • Supervise team members through constructive coaching, ongoing feedback, and training opportunities.
  • Design and assemble electrical and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Develop and implement control systems, including programming PLC devices, integrating wireless technology, and establishing industrial networks.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting for various electrical systems, including motors, relays, and complex PLC controls.
  • Perform maintenance and testing on high voltage equipment, ensuring operational reliability.
  • Execute thermography assessments to identify electrical anomalies, generating detailed reports for clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by:
    • Evaluating technical challenges and proposing effective solutions.
    • Gathering and analyzing relevant data to inform project decisions.
    • Implementing thorough verification processes to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on project goals and requirements.
