Position Overview
The Senior Patient Care Supervisor is accountable for the comprehensive management of patient care coordination. This role involves navigating a multifaceted daily agenda, addressing various competing priorities, while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

In this capacity, the individual will act as a key resource for the Clinic Manager and will also provide mentorship to fellow Patient Care Supervisors by offering assistance, direction, and training as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Patient Care Supervisor or customer service-oriented position with increasing levels of responsibility.
- At least 2 years in an administrative role within a medical office setting at Providence or 3 years in a comparable external medical office role.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- 6 months of progressively responsible leadership experience.
