As an Account Manager - Advanced Wound Care Sales, you'll play a vital role in representing our company in the sale of wound care solutions to healthcare facilities. Your primary objective will be to consistently achieve or exceed the annual territory sales target established by the company through strategic planning, relationship building, and account targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain territory plans outlining how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
* Effectively communicate technical, clinical, and product information to customers to drive demand for HARTMANN products.
* Create and cultivate relationships with key customers, decision makers, and clinicians.
* Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups in wound care centers, home care, hospitals, and nursing homes.
* Conduct product demonstrations and in-services for identified customer groups to educate end users on the clinical benefits of HARTMANN products.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 2+ years B2B sales experience. Medical products/wound care sales is preferred but not required.
* Has a track record of developing and achieving sales objectives individually and collaboratively. Able to effectively cultivate, negotiate, manage, and push complex deals to a close.
* Builds strong relationships, establishes credibility with key stakeholders, and maintains high levels of customer engagement and service.
