Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain territory plans outlining how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
* Effectively communicate technical, clinical, and product information to customers to drive demand for HARTMANN products.
* Create and cultivate relationships with key customers, decision makers, and clinicians.
* Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups in wound care centers, home care, hospitals, and nursing homes.
* Conduct product demonstrations and in-services for identified customer groups to educate end users on the clinical benefits of HARTMANN products.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 2+ years B2B sales experience. Medical products/wound care sales is preferred but not required.
* Has a track record of developing and achieving sales objectives individually and collaboratively. Able to effectively cultivate, negotiate, manage, and push complex deals to a close.
* Builds strong relationships, establishes credibility with key stakeholders, and maintains high levels of customer engagement and service.
