Job Summary

Powers is seeking a skilled HVAC Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers and sales associates to determine the correct products needed for their HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and sales associates to determine correct products needed
  • Send quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up on orders placed with factories to determine shipping and delivery times
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have powerful multi-tasking abilities
  • Other tasks assigned as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in HVAC parts, customer service, or warehouse distribution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
