Sales Representative

As a key member of our Sales Team, the Glass Sales Account Manager will act as the primary contact point and account owner for assigned Accounts within the Glass business. This role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with customers, the sales team, and internal partners. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as primary contact point and account owner for assigned Key Accounts within the business unit with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
- Identifies opportunities to expand and retain Key Accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell.
- Drives customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood of renewals: email/phone/video follow-ups, answer questions, direct to appropriate support staff, and offer guidance.
- Engages Estimators for support in quoting customer's project once qualified, and requirements are determined.
- Facilitates seamless hand-off to Customer Service to execute order.
- Engages qualified Field Sales Rep when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
- Re-engages customer during expansion and renewal.
- Logs / tracks customer interactions and sales in CRM.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred
- Results oriented, ensuring we deliver on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an unparalleled customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills to all levels of an organization
- Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Strong attention to detail
