About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Scenthound. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing average ticket size, and recommending add-on products or services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leads through CRM and schedule appointments.
  • Drive membership sales in-store and on the phone through health and wellness education.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or add-on services during each visit.
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to KPIs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members.
  • Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation and training.
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and upper management.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
  • Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in a membership-based business.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to support team development.
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Proficiency in computer/technology systems.
  • Accountability and commitment to high-quality service.
