Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive sales, increase average ticket size, and recommend add-on products or services to our customers. If you have a passion for dog wellness and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Manage leads through our CRM system and schedule appointments
  • Drive membership sales in-store and on the phone through health and wellness education
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or add-on services during each visit
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety
  • Collaborate with management to ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to KPIs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members
  • Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation and training
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and upper management
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
  • Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
Requirements
  • Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in a membership-based business
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
  • Leadership and coaching skills to support team development
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Proficiency in computer/technology systems
  • Accountability and commitment to high-quality service
