Job Title: Regional Accounting Manager

Murphy-Hoffman Company is seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting functions for our branch operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform financial statement reviews, researching discrepancies and recommending corrections.
  • Address incoming branch inquiries and problems, escalating as necessary to resolve.
  • Support the annual business planning process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Develop and train accounting staff, reviewing and appraising their performance.
  • Provide financial operating and analytical reports to branch managers, VP's, and corporate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, analytical, interpersonal, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
