Are you an experienced accounts payable professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong background in processing invoices and managing vendor relationships?

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking vendor remit addresses and due dates, running AP checks weekly, and processing and posting bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track vendor remit addresses and due dates as needed.

Run AP checks weekly and process and post bank transactions.

Process and post year-end 1099 forms and sort and process incoming mail.

Print all invoices from AP Payables email box and process purchase orders and disbursements/check runs.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in accounts payable

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
