Office Liaison Coordinator

A medical facility is seeking an Office Administrator/Liaison who will partner with the Senior Office Administrator to oversee the operations of the office and assist in assigned tasks. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall day-to-day office functions, ensuring seamless operation and efficient workflow.
- Support the compliance of the company's policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Help with contracts for the purchase of necessary office supplies, managing budgets effectively.
- Assists with employee development, recruiting, hiring, new employee orientation, staff utilization, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in marketing of the company's services and client activities such as events, webinars, seminars, and various meetings.
- Schedule conferences, depositions, trails, and travel arrangements and occasionally travel with Company President.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Must have knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Must be proficient using MS Office along with accurate data entry skills.
- Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
- Must have an occasional elevated level of mental effort and strain when performing essential duties.
- Must be able to travel with occasional overnight or multi-night stays.
- Must have the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have a strong work ethic.
