Office Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Liaison to join our team at Area Temps, Inc. in Greater Cleveland.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior administrators to oversee office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Manage contracts, employee development, and marketing initiatives to promote the company's services.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule conferences, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Support data entry, Microsoft Office, and basic computer software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or related field.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and basic computer software applications.
- Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
