Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Americas Clinical Trials Division Financial Team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing financial leadership to support the growth and profitability of our Global Labels Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business partner, providing financial stewardship and strategic insights, while managing multiple sites.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop global talent, encouraging a culture of ownership to drive to expected financial outcomes vs. reporting the news, while honing a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Partner and align effectively with all functions to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead critical initiatives to improve pricing, profitability, and achieve/outperform goals.
  • Provide strategic financial vision, partnership, and stewardship.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or related field; MBA in finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of dynamic finance experience with management roles, including finance leadership.
  • Proven track record of results and deliver elevated levels of performance.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication.
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix environment and across functional and global structures.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong executive presence & presentation skills.
  • Experience in driving transformation within operational organizations is desired.
  • Proficient in systems and data analytics.
  • Strong personal and business values aligned with the organization's principles.
