We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a key member of our sales and finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing F&I strategies that meet customer needs and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement F&I strategies that meet customer needs and maximize profitability.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on the latest industry trends and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, credit unions, and other finance sources.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and lenders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the F&I department and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&I management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective F&I strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Ability to train and mentor sales staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
