We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health, where you will have the opportunity to work in an orthopedic and spine department.

Your role will involve providing specialized care to patients, ensuring timely and accurate nursing care. Salary and Benefits

As a Registered Nurse at Williamson Health, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certification within six months of hire
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure

You will also need to be able to stand and work for up to twelve hours a day, lift with assistance up to 250 pounds, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse range of patients. As a Registered Nurse at Williamson Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including adult medical/surgical units, pediatric units, critical care units, and emergency departments.

You will be required to handle medications safely and accurately, transport patients, and prepare equipment as needed. You will also need to document patient information accurately and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
