Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment and evaluation of patient needs
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Tennessee State License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) certification preferred
- Prior experience in critical care or related field highly desirable
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
