Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Medical Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced medical care to patients in emergency situations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, administer medications, and provide vital support during critical moments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive protocols.
  • Utilize advanced medical skills on equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide information and assurance about their care.
  • Act as team leader and take responsibility for scene management as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some advanced education preferred.
  • Past work experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test, including lifting, carrying, dragging, walking, and balance.
  • Must be able to lift, drag, hoist, and carry different types of equipment and other objects.
  • Aptitudes required for work of this nature include good physical stamina, endurance, and body condition.

Salary Range:$37.04 - $55.95 per hour (based on 12-hour shifts and 42 hours per week).
