Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Law Department at HealthPartners. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to various attorneys and department team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and meeting requests, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Support the renewal of state licensure and registrations, as well as other compliance responsibilities.
  • Track and coordinate the Attorney General Customer Complaint process, drafting responses as needed.
  • Create and update electronic workspaces and matters in our document management and case management systems.
  • Prepare and edit confidential materials, including reports, memorandums, letters, and presentations.
  • Process business invoices, purchasing card statements, and track mileage and prepare expense reports.
  • Manage continuing education registration and credit tracking, as well as business travel arrangements.
  • Renew attorney licenses and manage meeting setup and execution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent work habits, including accountability, dependability, and time management.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic document management software and electronic case management systems.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
