Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Perform physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by physicians.
  • Provide patient education on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Experience working in an orthopedic setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
