Job Summary

Ortho NorthEast is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our orthopedic trauma team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients' needs and deliver excellent healthcare services.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret laboratory data and radiographic imaging, diagnose patients, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary and make appropriate consultations.
  • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a Physician Assistant program accredited by the CAHEA or a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by a Nursing School.
  • Knowledge of medical OSHA safety precautions and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance to other staff members.

Work Schedule
