- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years of responsible office/clerical experience, including the operation of computer equipment to include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and a variety of software packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, as well as basic computer skills.
