Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative with Helm Incorporated, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market penetration, and fostering strong relationships with dealerships and wholesale accounts in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, loyalty, and utilization of bproauto parts.
  • Represent and develop the bproauto brand to new and existing wholesale customers, conquering sales from existing suppliers.
  • Conduct sales visits, either alone or in conjunction with dealership representatives, to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale accounts through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Interact regularly with dealerships and existing wholesale customers to foster strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and purchase loyalty.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to increase utilization of bproauto parts on customer and internal vehicles.
  • Coach and train dealership employees on bproauto products and services.
  • Work with dealer parts managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, supporting retail, internal, and wholesale sales goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce or equivalent software to log all contacts and interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the bproauto corporate team on product, pricing, and incentive opportunities to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 90% daily travel with some overnight travel required, depending on the assigned market.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Aftermarket or dealership account management experience.
  • Brand and product representation/training experience.
  • Ability to develop relationships with independent repair facilities.
  • Sales and relationship-building skills.
