Job Overview

Salary: Hourly DOE

Reno Door & Trim is currently seeking a knowledgeable Procurement and Inventory Control Associate. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Duties:
    • Data entry proficiency
    • Processing purchase orders
    • Receiving shipments and reconciling orders
    • Maintaining accurate inventory levels
    • Collaborating with the Production Manager and Shop Foreman
    • Forecasting inventory needs
    • Demonstrating negotiation skills for pricing and bulk purchases
  • Inventory Management Duties:
    • Conducting comprehensive quarterly inventory evaluations
    • Performing regular cycle counts
    • Working with the Shop Manager to optimize inventory organization
    • Labeling and marking inventory items
    • Developing enhanced inventory control systems

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical insurance, paid holidays, and one week of paid vacation after the first year. Compensation will be based on experience.

There will be a review period after which salary adjustments may be considered based on performance evaluations. Further reviews will occur annually, with potential increases tied to continued improvement and achievement of set objectives.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$25-$30 per hour based on experience

Experience Required:
Inventory Control: 2-4 years (Required)
Purchasing: 2-4 years (Required)
