Reno Door & Trim is in search of a skilled Procurement and Inventory Control Associate. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Duties:
- Data entry proficiency
- Creation of purchase orders
- Receiving shipments and reconciling orders
- Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborating with the Production Manager and Shop Foreman
- Forecasting inventory needs
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing and manage bulk orders
- Inventory Management Duties:
- Conducting quarterly full inventory evaluations
- Performing regular cycle counts
- Working with the Shop Manager to establish organized inventory storage
- Labeling and marking shelved products
- Developing enhanced inventory control systems
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, Medical Insurance, Paid Holidays, and one week of paid vacation after the first year. Compensation will be based on experience.
There will be a review period after which salary adjustments may be considered based on performance evaluations. Annual reviews will also be conducted, with potential increases awarded for continued improvement and achievement of set objectives.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
