Job Description

We are looking for individuals with 1 or more years of human service experience where you assisted/provided aide/worked with children or adults. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services field and strong computer skills.

Your responsibilities will include applying behavior intervention methods for individuals participating in a structured program, observing and documenting resident behavior/progress, and maintaining appropriate records.

You will also be responsible for employing good judgment and crisis management skills, participating in recreational activities, and modeling ABA methodologies for the purpose of demonstrating their use.

We require our candidates to have a valid Georgia Drivers License, reliable transportation, and personal vehicle insurance at 100/300/100 bodily injury limits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of human service experience working with children or adults
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services field (e.g., psychology, social work, behavioral sciences)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Valid Georgia Drivers License
