Therapeutic Master Clinician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Master's Level Clinician to join our team as an Early Childhood Therapist.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families. As an Early Childhood Therapist, you will work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide individualized support and interventions that foster healthy development and promote resilience in children.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, child psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. You will have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.
A key aspect of this role is the provision of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. This may include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention services when necessary.
In addition to direct therapy services, you will contribute to the growth and development of the program by participating in staff training and education initiatives, helping to ensure that all staff members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.

Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
