About the Role

Field of Talent is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic clinical services team. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and behavioral differences.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
  • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Requirements

  1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  2. Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  3. Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
