Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at Field of Talent. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children with autism and behavioral differences.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for crafting evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child, while leading and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations.
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues to set the bar high with adherence to BACB professional standards.
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
