Job Title: Client Service Professional

Cercano Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our client service management team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and operational support to our client portfolio management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the growth of our business by leveraging your operational background and experience.
  • Work closely with Client Portfolio Managers to support their clients and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for and coordinate wealth advisory services within the client base.
  • Serve as a liaison to other teams supporting the business, including accounting, treasury, reporting, and legal professionals.
  • Plan and manage new account onboarding processes.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
  • Strong interest in client service and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to excellence, a high level of integrity, and respect for others.
  • Interest in the financial service industry.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines and complete set tasks while managing multiple priorities.
Education and Experience:
  • B.A. from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/financial transactions and customer service.
