The Role

You will oversee the entire construction project, from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Your primary responsibility will be to manage general contractors and construction workers, providing guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance.


Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • College degree (Bachelor's) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field.
  • One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Finished training for OSHA 30 license.
