Position Overview:
As the Community Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing leasing activities, guiding property staff, ensuring compliance with community regulations, conducting property evaluations, and fostering a positive atmosphere within the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $34.85 per hour, equating to an annual income of $72,500. Our work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off, a Health Savings Account, and a Referral Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in finding their ideal homes.
- Supervise and mentor property staff.
- Enforce community policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property.
- Enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within property management.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, purchase orders, income reports, and budget management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to make timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Capable of identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Yardi, CRM, or Rent Max software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
