Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diabetes Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas for our diabetes care products. You will collaborate with various channels, including Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care representatives, to establish strong relationships with internal and external healthcare constituents.

You will be responsible for keeping current on internal and competitive products and positioning, as well as understanding and conveying information professionally and accurately. You will also be responsible for effectively planning for and following through with short- and long-term results based on business trends.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for diabetes care products
  • Collaborate with various channels, including Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care representatives
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external healthcare constituents
  • Keep current on internal and competitive products and positioning
  • Understand and convey information professionally and accurately
  • Effectively plan for and follow through with short- and long-term results based on business trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years previous experience with commendable sales track record from previous positions, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity, and ambition to succeed
