Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, online platforms, and in-person requests regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in and check-out processes, and manage room assignments and key distribution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Proficient in managing phone communications and adept at handling high-pressure situations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in the hospitality industry or a related field.
