Job Summary:

The Shoe Coordinator will be responsible for managing the shoe department, including training and motivating staff, handling multi-tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry-level management position that will allow you to learn our business and develop the skills to operate one of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle multi-tasks, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
